Nanowrimo Rebel

Well, it’s that time of year again: November. This is when wannabe writers worldwide decide to write a 50,000 word novel in 30days, via the Nanowrimo web site.

To be honest, I have so many unfinished novels that I can’t justify starting another one this year. Yesterday, I wrote a list of all my works in progress, and they number at least 15, including the vampire book I started during the last two campnanos and the fantasy novel I began in 2013 and its prequel from 2014. These last two are 127,000 words and 87,000 words long respectively, and I still haven’t reached The End!

However, I am going to try and finish writing and editing these books for Nanowrimo and then I can start something new in December.

This is the cover for my Vampire book.

My Drawing of a Princess by © Jacqueline Miller

This is my drawing of Princess Fenella who is one of the main characters in a book I’m writing.

I used some apps on my iPad to do the drawing.

Some of the chapters are on this blog.
I need to get myself back on target and finish writing three books. I was very productive when doing a recent 14 day challenge where I had to post a new story every day. I’ve written a few chapters in the month since it finished.

I’m now giving myself a deadline to finish writing the books by 31st October 2014.
